In 2015, while China’s automobile production and sales volume ranked first in the world for seven consecutive years, China’s new energy vehicle market also ushered in a period of rapid growth – 3.4 times year-on-year. After years of efforts by the government, enterprises and society, new energy vehicles have become the highlight of the Chinese automotive industry. As the epitome of China’s new energy vehicle development, BYD’s progress in the new energy industry is obvious to all. On July 6, 2016, Ma Kai, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, led the leaders of the 10 ministries and commissions and 28 new energy vehicles to promote the provincial and municipal leaders once again to the BYD Xi’an Industrial Park to investigate the development of new energy vehicles.
In recent years, global new energy vehicles have gradually been piloted from a small scale, and slowly move toward the rapid development of large-scale commercialization. Almost all countries are advocating green transportation. Due to the early layout of China’s new energy automobile industry, China’s new energy automobile industry has gradually occupied a leading position in the international market under the overall planning of the government and the active participation of enterprises. In 2015, China has become the world’s largest new energy vehicle market. Then, how can we make better use of the government’s leading role, mobilize the enthusiasm of the enterprise, and finally become more urgent by promoting China’s new energy, realizing the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing, and realizing the Chinese people’s dream of becoming a car.
